Coaching / integration 1,5 month

This is for the people who don’t want to take any plant medicine or for when you’ve had a plant medicine experience somewhere else yet still feel called to receive guidance/integration of a previous experience. During this month we’ll dive deep into your intention while the program is fully tailored to your personal needs.

This program includes a free intake, 8-12 hours of 1:1 guidance — depending on your needs this can happen through coaching, breathwork, body work, meditations, rituals, embodiment practices and you’ll receive personalised emails with a summary of our previous session + self study for each week. You’ll also have full acces to my guidance for the entire month via email or text.

At the end of this month you’ll feel more liberated, closer to love, lighter and you’ll have the tools to move forward from this place without any guidance

1:1 breathwork

in this 1:1 session we go to the root of your personal blockages and start working with them. I use breathwork, meditation, sound, music and movement to help you get into your body and out of your mind so you can start to open yourself up to your own inner wisdom, love and healing. I’ll guide your awareness to the points where you still feel contracted so we can alchemise this stagnant energy to a beautiful, liberating and transformative experience. All of this comes with the most beautiful and perfectly synchronised music, fully personalised to your intention and needs.

Afterwards i’ll give you a few personal exercises you can directly start to implement into your own life to help you ground and work through these blockages yourself :)
